Some of our quboxes deal with sensitive subjects. We will never reveal your answers to qubox questions to anyone else: we will only ever show summary information (such as the percentage likemindedness). We recommend that you do not answer any questions in a qubox or elsewhere on qubox.com that make you uncomfortable in any way.

We do not currently make any use of qubox information for advertising or other commercial services, but we may in the future offer services that allow third parties to offer relevant products, services or other content to you by using qubox information and other data that you provide us when you use qubox.com. (This is one possible way for us to generate an income to allow us to keep qubox.com free to use for large numbers of people.) Any exchange of data with third parties for offering such services will be limited to non-personal data and will be done in such a way that your privacy is not compromised in any way. (This form of data sharing is common across the internet industry, with many commercial websites sharing limited non-personal data with their advertisers, in order to help users see more relevant content. Any services of this sort that we choose to offer in the future will be implemented in a way consistent with standard best practices for privacy protection.)
